Description
R16 carburetor insulator originally used on the very early 311 model roadsters up to approx. engine number R-02660 / chassis number SPL311-01400; they were superceded to the later more economical Bakelite design insulator.
These rubber insulators are better at isolating engine vibration than the later Bakelite design insulators and are also used when mounting U20 carbs (46mm) on R16 engines. Nissan.
